Thank you, guys for an excellent work! I requested from Kingswood Engineers a package for permit application of a house addition in CONSERVATION area. No an easy task, I may ad . Within a week time (!) I received all documents in great order. Got a permit just like that! Kingswood gave me a best price as well (out of 5 quotes.I requested) and I didn't have any difficulties to stay in touch with Kingswood Engineers even on Friday night. I wish I found them earlier! I'm a contractor for 30 years and from now on, all my orders going to Kingswood Engineers! Thank you guys, and thank you, Igor!

I highly recommend this company A++. They were very quick and very detailed. This company is very supportive multiple site visits to double check contract work. I don't know what I would of done with out them. Documentation was out standing with details and no problem with the city when applying for permits. My next project I will be using them

I had a great experience with Igor and team at Kingswood engineers. I was looking for design services to remove more than one structural wall in a two-story property. One other company I had previously spoken to had suggested additional footings would be needed. We discussed what I was trying to achieve before he undertook a survey to ensure he had the measurements needed. Ultimately he was able to put together a design avoiding extensive (and expensive) work on footings. Very customer oriented. Highly recommended and will use their services again.

WOW!!!! You never know when building what you will run into at any time during the process, which is why you should never settle for just any professional. As it turns out I was so very blessed to find Igor Lukac at Kingswood Engineers to draw up the plans and recommend what would be best for the project. I even asked him to apply for the city permit and he explained that it is simple and if I wish to save a few dollars I could obtain the city permit on my own, however I just felt so comfortable with him I left all permits, and engineer work in his hands. This engineer could have simply done his work, took the cash and walked away, but instead as I had several engineers involved he without the extra cash grabbing went above and beyond to work with my other engineers and contractors to get the job done. I am so very grateful for his work ethic. He sure went above and beyond what anyone could expect. It just goes to show that there are still good, honest, dedicated and caring people in the world. I did take the time to pay it forward. Hands down If you are looking for a job well done by an Engineer who is able to work with others and even do all your administrative work with the city and complete follow up inspection in a timely fashion, Igor at Kingswood Engineering is your Engineer.
